Assist client with material fixture selections schedule
Procure project entitlement and building permit

Evaluate existing structure with respect to proposed alterations and advise client on cost
Preform engineering analysis based on accepted engineering practices as set forth in California Building Code and ASCE American Society of Civil Engineers
Deliverables include structural calculations and structural drawings

As third party to the construction contract, represent and advise client during construction
Visit site at regular intervals, observe work and address contractor questions
Determine, in general, work is in accordance with contract documents
